"Have Fun with Your Music" inspires and empowers children to practice their musical instrument. Spoiler Alert: Grownups say it makes them want to practice too!

"Need Practice Tips? Great book for practice inspiration. (doesn't everyone need this?) Great illustrations with creative practice tips. Love this book and want all of my students to see it and BUY it. Great job, Becky Chaffee!" ---Fay Adams, named 2016 Music Teacher of the Year by the Music Teacher National Association

"...delightful illustrations engage and encourage young musicians to develop good practice habits..."---Alison Maerker Garner, Author of Music Minds Volume Series

This book gives suggestions for practicing that are presented with humor for children in a coffee table quality book. The great Itzhak Perlman signs his autograph with "Practice Slowly". Many kids just want to play thru a piece as fast as possible. When you slow it way down and get the notes and counting correct, then it's easy and fun to speed the music up a little bit at a time with a metronome.

This book presents the ideas with engaging humorous pictures. It will inspire musicians of any age to practice their instrument for fun. Thoughtful questions posed make the book interactive. Two pages of stickers are included.

Becky Chaffee has a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University. She is an amateur musician, and has listened to about 20 years of music lessons taking her kids to violin and piano classical and jazz, and herself to flute lessons.

Thru her music gifts company, Becky raises funds for music education. She also hosts a Youth Composition Competition for ages 10 thru 18 and has distributed $1,000s in funds and prizes to youth.

The book is a 8.5 by 11 inch hardback colorful book with coffee table quality pages and comes with stickers.
